Due to the different working environment of grouting pipe, some preparations should be made before construction. For example, before construction, the loose surrounding rock shall be removed, the wall shall be leveled, and then the bolt pull-out test shall be carried out according to the design requirements. At the same time, the hole position shall be arranged well. The hole location shall not be arranged at will, but shall be marked according to the design requirements and surrounding rock conditions. It is worth noting that the deviation of hole location marking shall not be greater than 20mm, so as not to affect the use effect.

In addition, the hole diameter of anchor bolt shall be appropriate during construction. Generally speaking, the diameter of grouting anchor bolt should be 15 mm larger than the diameter of bolt body, so that it can be better used. Of course, the depth error of grouting anchor bolt hole should not be greater than 10cm. More importantly, all anchor holes should be kept straight.

It is worth mentioning that the hollow anchor bolt needs to be cleaned before grouting. Because water, rock powder, debris and other substances are inevitably left in the anchor bolt after drilling, it is necessary to clean them in time to ensure the grouting quality. At the same time, unclean cleaning of impurities will also hinder the insertion of bolt body and affect the effect of bolt.
